My LOAN ACCOUNT IS GL10250183 Kadam kua, Branch patna बिना कोई notice ऑर पेपर advertisement के कैसे मेरा Gold Auction कर दिया वो भी अपने मनमाने Rate update कर दिया application pe अभी current value के हिसाब से मेरा Gold का price 35000 है ऑर वो 17500 setteled कर दिया बिना कोई massage या notice के मतलब एक बार Customer फस गया तो वो उसके बाप का माल हो गया कोई नियम कानुन नही है जान बुझ के जल्दीबाजी मे gold बेच दो ताकी costumer कुछ सोचे समझे तब तक बेच के बोल दो की 40% ऑर 50% पर बिक गया आखिर कैसे Auction होता है इतना Corruption तो सायद ही किसी dipertement मे होगा
