[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Gold Loan - Closed without Intimation on time and not received Gold

Gold Loan account details - GL6382912

Rs 52500/- has been taken by farmer from IIFL against Gold (57.60). there was a defaulter for last 2 month (Interest could not able pay due to financial issue). Now ready to pay the amount. But IIFL said that account has been closed and Gold has been auctioned.
But i need my Gold and ready to pay amount against loan account.
Request you to please do needful.
