Dear Sir,
i have alive a gold Loan in IIFL FINANCE LTD, Nawalgarh (Rajasthan) . Which is loan no GL18674561. i went to go at branch for close my loan on dated 08.09.2022. i had paid my total dues and principal amount and take receipt also. then Branch have not given to me my gold ornament. and i ask about why you did not give to me my jewellery as fas as i have paid all payment and i have receive the loan close message and loan close receipt. that is very pethetic services of iifl finance Ltd. And I also got a threat to get arrested by the branch manager and I was thrown out of the branch by the guard.
Sir i have attached here my closer receipt on dated 08.09.2022

Updated by bajanlal Dear Sir, am wrote clearly this is Gold loan from IIFL FINANCE LTD, Branch Location is Nawalgarh, jhunjhunun Rajasthan.I hope you have help me about this Fraud form IIFL Gold Company. my loan was closed dated 08.09.2022. i had paid my total dues and principal amount and take receipt also. then Branch have not given to me my gold ornament. and i ask about why you did not give to me my jewellery as far as i have paid all payment and i have receive the loan close message and loan close receipt.
this was done intentionally by branch staff of iifl Finance gold loan. still 4 days has been gone. i have not getting yet my ornaments.
