[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Gold loan penalty

Help to sort out the interst issue with iifl gold loan section.
I have monthly paid my interst on time and still iifl charging me intrest and penelty on my account.
My due date is 30 every month and i have paid june month intrest on june 29 and it was credited on iifl on 30 june 4.44 p. M and now they charged me extra 360 rs in terms of penelty, pls help me to sort out the issue. Branch and customer will not handle my issue.

they call me and discuss my issue and then they reverse the penalty charges. Thq so much for support.

pls resolve by 29 because 30th is the last day of my july month payment.
