Hi, One of IIFL RM Tanish Sharma visit me and convenience for the better rate and subsidy. With all his advise I have registered the property under my name. For the same I have paid more than 1 Lakh processing fee, Insurance, Document and RM Fee etc. Know RM is not attending my call and IIFL refused for subsidy stating female ownership is must. By the time while applying for loan I have confirmed more than 100 times for subsidy. Later he showed that this is the subsidy form please sign and confirmed me as a evidence that I am applying. Why IIFL processing the loan when they are not aware about govt. Rules and policy. I have loss of subsidy 2.67 and the loss of 1 Lakh which I have spent unnecessary for insurance, processing fee, Documentation fee and RM Fee. Thanks, Rakesh Was this information helpful?
