I have been opting for moratorium option in this bank from april month and it's always so difficult to get the request processed using this cket or custom care number. It's been like 25 days and nobody has called or resolved my query. I have contacted their customer service on 22nd may and requested to extend my moratorium and the representative informed me to contact on june 1st to place a request. From june 1st onwards i have been trying to contact customer service numbers[protected] /[protected] it is only giving me for call back option after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. I have also raised a ticket for the same with no proper response ticket number given below.
Now i keep getting a call to pay the emi and this is pathetic service and i had to go through the same even in the month of march and my ecs was declined and had to pay decline charges to my bank which is huge. They are giving me pathetic service and i had never faced this issue with any other banks one of the worst bank customer services ever.
Whenever i get a callback from the customer service, they disconnect the call even before i explain about my request. No one in the customer service can speak english or are don't want to resolve the issue?
I am tired of calling them and wasted lot of time on this issue. Is there someone in their bank can provide 0.1% of service to the customers?
