I have owe home loan from IIFL in 2019 and submitted all the required documents related to loan and PM subsidy. From 2019 to Feb 2022 I had followed with customer care and tried to visit branch but no body gave me correct answer, every customer care executive only asked to wait for 60days and in branch they do have any information they only transfer responsibility to customer care executive, even no one interested to pick customer call.
I have got an email that a couple of days before that says "We do not have received any application form from your side for PM subsidy" and customer care guys tole me that now PM subsidy has been stopped from Govt. side.
I'm unable to understand in 2-3yrs no body have response related to this and suddenly saying haven't received application form after multiple followup.
Is it good way to work?
IIFL is just cheating customer to pay EMI just because they hold property paper. Was this information helpful? |
