India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — how to move 5paisa broker customer care?

Account 55284327.in 5paisa capital only the system works earnestly to respond with ticket numbers. I had submitted application for equity stock mps buyback on 12th sept 2020 and have been chasing this broker to know the status of proceesing at their end.in this process i have collected a truck load of tickets and made several phone calls to the customer care. But evn now nothing is known. I have lodged a complaint at nse today since this broker will respond only through them. I am yet to see any one dedicated personnel in this company as far as the service to customer is concerned. The sytem makes them to sleep.

Updated by ram1946 Yes the personnel was moved and i got the response. Not only that now the support tickets are responded by human beings after the diligent reliable system.
