PFA IIFL Mortgage Loan Final payment receipt copy.

LOAN ACCOUNT NO: 376334
FULL & FINAL PAYMENT PAID ON : 21/09/2015
LOAN ACCOUNT CLOSED ON : 22/09/2015.

I repaid the Total amount Rs. 5, 05, 713/- to the IIFL Finance ltd on[protected]. Mortgage loan amount full and final paid to the bank,
but the cibil is showing that I am having the loan account still active.Still your IIFL finance ltd bank has not closed my loan account.
As I have closed my mortgage loan account in Sep-2015. Why did I clear the loan if it shows active in Cibil after Closing the loan?
This is very bad and Cibil gives me a low score.
So Kindly Solve My Problem in Cibil account.
