[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — IFIL has no professionalism and not resolving issues fast,wasting customers time and money.

1)Lost 2 share certificates namely 1)gujarat narmada fertilizers 2)tamil nadu steel tubes

Client number - FEDGEEVE
Mr.Amit has lost 2 share certificates more than 2 yrs back and very unprofessional in his entire handling.Very bad service and customer support. They have'nt resolved this issue yet.Instead of being responsible and taking care of the certificates he very nicely lost it and giving excuses, how careless behaviour from IIFL side. Around a year back or so after multiple complaints and mail threads they sent an email stating that the person whose share certificates is lost has to be in Mumbai and go with Mr.Amit to police station for the formalities.But the person is always travelling and very busy and was'nt able to come to Mumbai as yet.My simple question is Why should I go through this unnecessary trouble when all I wanted was just to convert my certificate to digital format.
I have sent many mails in and out trying to settle this issue and for long time they were just dodging and they were not even telling me that its lost initially.

Resolution needed - They have given me a lot of trouble and I don't want to go through this for the next many years, so if they have lost it they should only sort it out and get my share certificate back properly without giving me unnecessary trouble of going with them anywhere.I want IIFL to be responsible and convert my share certificates mentioned above to be found or created and to be converted to digital format without wasting my time asap.

2)Taking ages to update the details -

Was trying to change bank account number in iifl app, they told me to fill 1 form physically and send mail.After I filled it physically they told me to do it digitally.Then later they told me to mail him, then later told me to courier the form.This process has taken many days just for 1 simple account update, after I do 1 thing then after few days they tell me this and that is needed and then again I send, it seems the IIFL app is also not working properly.
After many more days my account is still not updated, then I keep calling them they say they are checking still no update
Then after many days again I called them and then they tell me to courier aadhaar as that is also needed.
What a waste of time, money and energy.They have no clarity of whats needed.Instead of telling me everything at 1 time, I would have sent everything 1 time 1 day.But no, here I have wasted many days calling them, couriering, mailing them and filling forms.they never even call and tell me that something is missing, I have to keep calling them and checking .But the main problem is they have no clarity on requirements, they are not responsible enough to keep track and get the job done, instead they are waiting for my call to ask them again and again to do a simple update.

Resolution -They have asked me to courier aadhaar in my last call.After I send it I want my account details to be updated asap and they should be more responsible towards the clients and not waste so much time.

3)Yearly maintanence fee of IIFL app is waste of money

As the IIFL app has many bugs for the things I need, I don't know why I'm paying any yearly fees.
-One simple updation as mentioned in point 2 was not happening through app because of which I had do do couriers n mails etc..
-It takes generations/long time sometimes to even load a page
- Im not buying any new shares from a long time nor am I really using the app nor using any RM help so I want to know exactly what is the yearly AMC containing as Im not using any service and the service I want to use is giving issues.

Resolution - AMC charges should only be charged when customer has done some trading in a year, if customer has not done any trading or used app then AMC charges should be 0. App has bugs so whats the use of paying AMC charges when its not satisfying or working for my needs, app should be fixed (issue in point 2)

All in all IIFL is the worst company, I have had to run behind them for everything, the developers, RM, support are all very irresponsible
IIFL people do not even respond the phone when they don't want to talk or dont know what to talk
Im really fed up of this company so much, my only goal is to sell my shares at the right time fast and have no more relation with IIFL but because of all this drama they are doing Im not able to even sell my shares at the right time.
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.Worst service and waste of time and money.

Please resolve my issues asap.

Dear Sir, with regards to FEDGEEVE we understand our officials have contacted you and informed the the procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificates. At present as you are not available in Mumbai, the procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificates will be done in consultation of our officials once you are back in Mumbai. With regards to FEDGEMIN we understand our official Mr. Sachin has spoken to you and addressed your concerns and for bank updation in demat account, Aadhar card is to be submitted and  Mr Nikunj is co-ordination with you and assisting you for the same. Incase document is already submitted help us with the POD details or branch official details to whom it was given. Do reach out to us incase you need any further assistance. You can also get replies to all your queries on Ask IIFL chatbot or connect on [protected]@iifl.com for any assistance.

After the last complaint, even though IIFL lost my documents, IIfl was insisting me to come to Mumbai and go to the police station with them. I do not understand after it being their mistake why am I dragged into this matter and why I have to go to Police station, I also denied and told them that I will not be able to come to Mumbai.I will not be able to come to Mumbai at all for a long time and I need to resolve this matter quickly.They have lost my original shares, its not my mistake, its their carelessness because of their mistake now they are telling me to come to the Police station to get duplicate certificate which is a waste of time and unwanted step for me considering I am busy and not even in Mumbai, I don't understand why I have to go through all this hassle.This is going on since long time and since IIFL lost my physical share documents, they should find a way to get my documents and resolve this matter quickly by themselves as I want to sell my shares as soon as possible.If they cannot do so, they should compensate me.

So point 1 is still not resolved.
