As usual, my home loan A/c. No: IL101838 EMI has to be auto-debited on 05th of every month. But, this was not happened on 05/07/23. Parallelly, i raised a request for Rate of revision on 06/07. But, i received a mail that EMI is due and paid through Quick pay online link mentioned in the mail from IIFL. I have paid online with GST. Later, from 08/07/23 onwards, i started receiving messages and calls for EMI payment. i raised a customer complaint on 10/07. But, till now it is not resolved. Also, i have been levied with bounce back charges which is effecting my CIBIL score. Regularly i'm calling customer care to address my concern, but not getting correct response.
