[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — improper tenure after payment

First of all no one is responding to my call, mail and service request .
What is the use of being your customer care?

coming to subject:

i have paid partpayment of my home loan account (IL[protected] and requested to decrease tenure but as per my outstanding, EMI and rate of interest i should be 170 months .

I Have checked in Amortization schedule it is in 184 months in tenure, No one givin clarification on this .
could you please take this as an action and help me.
