I requested to foreclose latter of my Home loan account(#IL[protected] on 24 April 2023 and today is 12th May 2023. I tried to call him but his lines are busy. Not able to connect them. Even I did not get any update on my request.
My Request number is - 7217237 as shared by the caller. I don't want to pay any additional due to this delay. I request last month because I want to pay the amount before the EMI date but still waiting for their response.

Thanks for sharing the details but there is no option to rise a request for foreclose. How customers can rise a request. Also, your customer care lines are not taking calls.

your services are very bag for customers. I will not prefer any one to gowith you. You are mentioning this that we take care of customer but ideally you are not doing that.
Can you please let me know how can I get my latter, it's very urgent.
