Dear LIFE concern, my loan act no. IL10022354, Ashes kumar Ghosh, during signing the form Mr. Ramanjulu -sales manager-Marathalli, cheated and now he is not picking my call, Customer service also not doing. Please remove my insurance amount from loan accounts. 2problem. I have done 3part payment 10000/-_ 2times, 25000/- dated(17.12.18, 24.12.18, 29.12.2018). But if I called them to update and send me statement in loan, they are just hopless, will take 3days time but will not do
