[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — List of documents not furnishing

Dear sirs I have taken housing loan from IIFL. I am sending continuously emails requesting to furnish the LOD, IIFL is not responding to any of the mails. Their contact numbers are very tricky, we never get access to the concern person, always we will be connected to a BPO, and the persons always note down and communicate over phone that the complain is with concern person. I am a bit skeptical and want help with getting my list of documents. I am not sure, if I can mention details of my loan number and contact details. I humbly request to share email ID, .
