[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Loan Closure Receipt and Acknowledgment

I have taken a gold loan from IIFL bearing no. GL15892676 in the month of May, 2020. from West Vinod Nagar, Branch, Delhi-110092. I did not received any information/documents for closure of above said loan account. Today I visited the Branch to know that when the said loan was closed but the dealing person has shown his inability to confirm whether the said loan was closed or auctioned. He also told that he has no supporting document. I request you to please arrange to provide the proof that when this loan was closed as I have not received any notice for auctioned and provide me closure documents.
