Sir/madam,
I am vikas nayak opened a demat account in iifl through rm madhavi (Indore), she gave me client id nayakv90 i also sent physical form application but still account is in processing. I have telephonic conversation with representative of iifl, now they told me to refund the margin money (10, 000) but almost 20 days passed but still my money is not refunded. Utr number - bkidn[protected].
