I'm a customer of iifl gold loan. I had bought 3 gold loans from your company 1) date :- 11/02/2016 loan account no. Gl5906633
2) date :- 11/02/2016, loan account no. Gl5906918
3) date :- 11/02/2016, loan account no. Gl5906949. My recent account no. Is gl7384683. I had taken gold loan from this company as it provided me with the loan on time... But the employee working named dilip shinde's behavior is inappropriate.
On 6/5/2017 at 4:59 p. M on this no.28760118. I had called to ask him the amount of my gold loan interest but he declined to give any answer and gave an excuse. After a while i again made a call but got a reply from him that his staff will provide me the loan amount. But on that day his staff also failed to provide me with the information. On 8/5/2017 i made a call at 9:54 a. M. He did not furnish me the amount.. Again on the same day i had made more 2 calls on the same no. As above the timings are 10:10 a. M. And 10:30 a. M. After calling for the third time i got my loan amount which had to be paid. I would like to inform the respective authority that just to get a amount number i have leave all my work beside and make numerous calls to your company and in return i get mistreated by your staff named dilip shinde. This is the second time he did not provide me with proper information regarding my loan.
I want the authority to take strict action against the said employee.. Because it might cause a loss to the company as they will loose sincere customers.
