[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — monetary fraud while opening account with iifl

The complaint to this context is bit late as i had opened a demat account with iifl few years back. The executive who visited my place asked to sign each and every page of the application form. As instructed i did signed all pages and deposited an amount of rs.11000 as a initial opening amount. Later on after account opening i found an amount of rs 5000 has been deducted in the name of value added service. I had approached several times since then as it has been charged without my consent and i never required the service. When i asked the executive regarding the matter he said his manager has forcedly asked him to put a tick mark on the value added service field on the application as all the pages were already signed by me. This is a very frustrating and harassing issue when it comes to trust before getting involved with any new company. My iifl id is onamtrps and email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I have just got a reply which states that the issue has been closed from IIFL as I gave the consent for applying the service which had cost me 6000 rupees. This is very rude from the team and a poor resolution to my complaint.
I have also shared one of the emails which I sent previously to the Team regarding the issue but it has been overlooked and the query has been closed. It is very disheartening when it comes to trust as a brand in the market.
