[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — No proper customer service at all

Iam prasad have taken the home loan # 734575 from iihfl. As i'm staying out of india and cannot call/ visit iihfl for any issues or information, i will be writing mails to [protected]@iihfl.com. There will be no reply to my emails for weeks of time. I have to be back of them twice a day. This kind is worst customer service i have never seen in my life. They have given the loan amount and have taken the registration papers. After 6 months with regular follow ups and after stopping the emi, they have sent the scan copies of the registration papers which i need for other purpose. They need money and they don't need customer issues at all. If i say that iam facing issue from your company then they will say that it is not my duty, please speak to concerned department and if i go to concerned department they say to go to other department. I have really did a big mistake by taking loan from these # and i request all not to take any loan from these organizations as they will cheat you alot. Moreover they will not respond or take care your issues... They will just come to collect the money as they need the money only. I have all the proofs of my contacting to customer care. After the first mail, automatic email comes that within 3 working days we can expect reply or if it getting delayed then they will let us know the update of the issue but there will be no mail from them for at least 3-4 weeks. If we stop following up then they will not at all reply. Being out of india, we cannot call to customer and wait for so long hours and speak to them for every clarification. And also we cannot visit office. If we also, they say that concerned person is not available and will ask us to come later. Really worst experience with these people and i'm going to transfer my loan immediately.

I have received reply from [protected]@iihfl.com stating that they have raised a complaint and will get back to me.

I don't know on whom they have raised complaint and what is that for. They haven't shared the complaint details and they haven't mentioned when they will get back to me on this.

I have written many emails before to the same email id [protected]@iihfl.com but till date there is no response but when I have raised a complaint here then they at least reacted but I don't know how much time they gonna take to resolve my issue.

As I have said earlier, these people are least bothered about customer issues at all. They need money, if we do not pay the EMI for one month, next day these people will be in front of our door for the money. When we ask them about the customer service, they clearly say that it is not their duty and we should not speak to them regarding ant issues.

To whom we need to speak about our issues and how they will be resolved. If we pay the EMI monthly then there will be no problem to them from customer end as they are receiving their money. Then who will take care of our problems.
