India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Not processing my account closure request

I have requested for account cancellation asociated with client id KRISN426
As per the process, I have submitted the signed closure request form. Also,
Relationship manager Mr.Naresh confirmed that there is no holding balance in my account, its zero. So account can be closed.
Still, what is IIFL team problem to close my account for no reason, instead they are bothering me.

Dear Sir, As informed earlier, please note that shares are lying in your demat account and ac is in to be closed status . Hence you need to approach CDSL on [protected]@cdslindia.com to process transfer cum closure as you have already submitted account closure request to depository (CDSL) before migration .
