[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Pay Out not credited in Time

I have done pay-out request on 06.01.2016 vide ref no.99542701 of Rs.55, 000/- Same got rejected today morning at 10.34 am, for reason Pay-out not due as per T2. As discussed with RM Zainab Sibgatull Shikh, she told funds not received in IIFL account, if funds not received in IIFL account the how system allows to pay-out the same? Hi,
My name is Madan, My mortage account number is 710029.
I have raised pre-closure letter on 3-Jan-2017, today is 11-Jan-2017
They are responding to my request or telling me about the status. It is totally unethical.

I called the customer care daily, mailed them daily. No action still.

Please help me out...
