[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — payment of processing fees issue. | |||||
This is to inform you that i have applied for home loan on 15/04/2017 (Loan no il[protected] and got the saction letter for the same and also i have made all the payments on time as asked by your agent ganesh chandan. (Boisar branch) Now he is again asking for the processing fees, mr sandeep senior of ganesh chandan says that without the fees your loan will not get sanctioned. When i have asked the reason he says your flat registration got delayed by the builder. (When asked the reason he said the project was not register earlier and it took time to get it register.) now the sanction letter got expired and you have to pay the fees again. When asked why your loan agent did'nt informed me about this issue of getting the saction letter expire in only 45days, the senior said iihfl has changed their policy and he was unware about the changes... (Is iihfl so low and down in the market that they don't inform the changes in the policy to the person who is doing the marketing or sale of their product??? (For the proof i have the recordings of the communication where in it has been said 2-3 times) My concern was... 1) do iihfl take 1year to get the home loan sanction with all the proper documents given by the customer and that to on time. Where has all the other banks takes hardly 3-4 months. 2) iihfl do loans for unregistered project also??? (Because as communicated with your agent he has given me the reason for delay was project not registered.) 3) how many times do iihfl requires documents from the customer. (Because i have given each and every documents 8-9 times to your agent i. E 1 set of every documents every month from the date of sanction.) 4) your agent was very well aware about the issues of the builder then why he has not informed us. 5) if the sanctioned letter was valid just for 45days then why he has not informed me, as he was well aware about the delay for the registration of the project then why he has logged in for the loan application which is just valid for 45days. 6) last but not the least, as informed by your agent in month of january that loan has been started and till possession your emi will be paid by builder and insurance premium has to be paid by me from february. So why do he wants to login again??? Please do the needful and look into the matter... If can't i am going to a legal court with all the proofs and msgs which i have. .
