Hello friends,
Never take loan from iifl. Very very poor service. I have submitted the cheque for foreclosing the loan. But after one months they have not updated the account & emi also drawn from my account. I have talked many times to customer care. They also not given the satisfied answer. Always they told they doesn't know about the cheque status. Deposit slip of bank also mailed. Complaint also mailed on all levels (1, 2, 3) but not response till now. What happened i don't know?

Updated by bagauria Still Problem not resolved after many times follow up by e-mail & by phone to customer care. I have paid all balance loan amount through NEFT. Still my emi debit & in your system payment not updated. Though NEFT payment updated within same day but in your system not updated from past 20 days. IIFL service is very poor, in my life I will never go with IIFL.
