[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — poor response

I have applied for a loan foreclosure 20 days back and i have called many times and mailed to customer care but they are not responding at all. The customercare number will not connect to those people even if we wait for 40-50 mins and i visited iifl branch those people are helpless. I have no other way to get my foreclosure letter. It's very urgent for me. Please do help me for getting my loan foreclosure

Updated by Anil7985 have taken home loan in 2015 for tenure of 25 years. That time I was not aware about PM Awas scheme hence didnt fill the application form for PM Awas Yojana benefit, nor branch represntative informed me about this. I have applied for the same in Nov 2017, but till date I have not received any positive reply.

I have taken home loan in 2015 for tenure of 25 years.
