Ever since our home loan transfer issue was raised, the iifl personnel dealing with foreclosure have been behaving in a very unprofessional manner to the extent of being extremely rude and abusive in their behaviour towards us and causing unnecessary delays. The delay has been for 3 months. They are creating undue and unnecessary stress and mental agony in our lives with their obnoxious devil-may-care attitude and total disrespect of our time. Our business is also suffering since we have had to take leave numerous times because of their tardiness. Should we face any more unnecessary obstacles, it may lead us to taking drastic steps for which mr. Karthik, mr. Kamal and mr. Gopalakrishnan and in effect iifl would be entirely held responsible. We also demand stringent action against karthik, kamal and gopalakrishnan for their high-handedness and lack of professionalism. It is even more galling since they are in the customer service business.
If we do not get any assurance from you in a timely manner and our home loan transfer sorted out without delay, we will have to approach the banking ombudsman as well as consumer grievance redressal forum in the court. Rest assured that the matter will not be limited to these measures. We will be forced to approach the social media and the concerned authorities to air our grievances and make our suffering public if the issue is not sorted out quickly in a fair and transparent manner. We believe it is not too much to ask for a little bit of politeness, decency and fairness in dealing with your customers.
