Dear sir,
Requested you to reduce the interest rate of home loan as the rbi not only lowered its key lending rate by 25 basis points (Bps) to 6.25 per cent but also turned accommodative. Sbi already point to cut the interest rate.. Almost every alternative month you raise your interest rate & while asking the reason you robert that even sbi has increase the rate now rbi & sbi both cut down the rates so request to you kindly cut your rate also... Dont hide any thing from us regarding same..

Updated by Vishnukant Chouhan Til january 2019 i paid 15, 260 as pre emi but as you can see in attached pic my subsidy already received on 01/02/2019 but still you deducted 15740 in february 2019.. This is seems different way of earn money by customer... When my subsidy came then my pre emi installment should be less but you increase it... Please go through the attached pic & clarify on it.
