[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — refund my excess emi amount

I, varun bansal had request to iifl company that closed the my persional loan account no- no-sl1036008 .According to iifl, we have done my total paid amount
-241010 rs

payment sedule is

200000 rs -on 29aug2019
and
41010 rs on 18 sep2019

but iifl have dedection my extra emi amount 17579 rs on 3 oct2019
which was not be payble

i had contact many times to iifl custumer care
and through mail [protected]@iifl.Com, but we not received any possitive responce

company denied any excess amount dedection from my account,


which is dedection made by my account number[protected] icici bnak,

transaction remark no--(ach/indinffinltd/sl1036008)
on 3 oct2019,

pls take action against its
