I have visited your br Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore Br to inquire about the refund of funds of Rs 223200/- which is long pending at your end.
When I went to Branch to give the complaint letter there is no complaint box or register in the branch I inquired your Staff Mr Mukesh and Asif about the same but I got the reply from the team saying that they are not maintaining any register or box and also informed that we have to contact only through mail.
But as per your website complaint mechanism Customer can give complaint over the counter or customer care but no one is not accepting complaints over the counter.
I contacted your customer care no which is mentioned in your website under complaint mechanism but the executive Madhuri replied that they only deal with fresh loan queries and the team is not aware of complaint nodal officer numer or mail ID
My sister has not received the funds yet br staff is telling that funds will come to her bank account with in one day but not happening the same
My sister Hanusha has participated in property auction bidding on 08.07.2022 and paid bidding amount of Rs 223200/- but she did not win the bid.As per the auction procedure the amount is to be refunded with in 7 working days since she is not the successful bidder.
Kindly refund her amount to the bank account details which she mentioned in the bidding form itself
After making several calls to branch team, they collected her account details saying that the funds will be returned to her account with in 24 hours but not yet received and no one is responding properly.
Kindly do the needful.
