[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — refund of my processing fee

Hi team,

In the month of june i have applied for home loan because of pre emi option available and one of the iifl executive come to my home for collecting the documents and paid the initial processing fee of 3600 rupees to proceed further... But after days of application rbi has issued that pre emi option has been removed and iifl rejected the home load (No official email but informed by the executing over phone) so i am asking my refund of processing fee and they are saying its not refundable... Could you please help me refund
