Dear sir .
I am existing employee of your company.
I am from panipat sanoli road branch in Iifl
I want to get the resign and give the resign to iifl of 1 Nov 2018. But my bm sir give me immediate resign and also give me clearance certificate.and am tell to serve the notice period but he refuse me and give me clearance certificate
And now am after 3 month I call to him and mail to hr for my noc then he tell me that you paid 15000 rs
Dear sir firstly they refuse Me to serve the notice period.and now he demand money.
Dear sir if they give me clearance certificate then why I pay .
We all know that meaning of clearance certificate is all clear from my side
Sir I attached my clearing certificate
Please sir provide My noc pls
I have proof with clearing certificate
