I am lodging a complaint on the Home Loan that I have taken from IIFL (Vaishali Branch), GZD in December 2016.However, I'm not at all happy with the service you have provided, the behavior of managers is really unexpected. Now, as I m requesting them to lower the Rate of Interest they are not replying, I have marked an email on ([protected]@iifhl.com) nearly 3-4 times. Please make sure that its done before my next EMI is taken out.
