1. Initially I have requested 7.5 Lakh and provided all the required documents.
2. Got confirmation from IIFL on 31st July 2018.
Immediately i called to chandan Mishra and informed Loan is not required due to High ROI and other charges.
3. He confirmed he will stop disbursal process.
4. After 8 Days..ON 8th Aug 2018 i have Received 3, 69, 625 rupees only from IIFL. Immediately discussed with chandan Mishra; Since i have rejected the loan but why they have deposited 3, 69, 625 rupees to my account.
5. Chandan Mishra was discussed with his superiority and provided IIFL Bank account details on 10th Aug 2018 to transfer the amount 3, 69, 625 rupees to IIFL. I have not used single rupee from this loan amount
6. I have Transferred received amount from IIFL 3, 69, 625 rupees to IIFL Account on 13th Aug 2018 and informed to chandan Mishra.
7. Chandan Mishra was confirmed it will take couple of weeks to close the loan account.
8. 26th Nov 2018 I came know the Still My IIFL Loan account is not closed and active.
9. Then I have started contacting IIFL Customer care and Chandan Mishra as well to get it close my loan account.
10. I discussed with Customer care more than 20 times regarding this issue. But no use still they are not able to resolve the issue.
and chandan mishra is not picking the calls. no response messages too.
11. Blindly Sending information to me to pay remaining balance 4, 64, 327 rupees; Since I have received only 3, 69, 625 only that to transferred back to IIFL account as per chandan Mishra.
12. Chandan mishra was confirmed he is waiting approval to close the loan account.
13. As of now i have not paid Single EMI from my account; Please find the attached bank statement.
14. IF you are not able to close this loan account; Then i have to take legal action against IIFL as well as chandan Mishra and Customer care members, will approach consumer court as well. Since I have all the evidence and email from customer care, Nodal officer as well as chandan mishra
15. Please check the complete information and resolve the issue at the earliest.
16. I'm not ready to pay any other charges and you have to claim from Chandan Mishra;
