I have taken a loan from your finance department with loan account number SL-1513394.
And I have faced so many problems from your customer handling method.. there are no any system to take complain in written format and if we go in local branches they are saying that it is totally online.
And if we complain by phone call to your customer care number they told every time that problem will resolve.but there is no any action taken to solve the customer problem.
I have so many time raised a request and called customer care to activate ECS about an extra amount to be paid by me.but every time they said that it will continue from next month and pay the current month emi by any other payment method.
And by this series of calls and EMI not being debited from my bank and i have paid separately i have to paid charge of 590 rs 8 times in a year but EMI has not started to debit from my account.
And suddenly how possible that the last EMI was debited from the account.
So it is fully intentionally given debit to me everytime by your side.the date wise charges are as below.
06.01.2021-590 Rs
04.02.2021 - 590 Rs.
05.06.2021 - 590 Rs.
06.07.2021 - 590 Rs.
05.08.2021 - 590 Rs.
05.09.2021 - 590 Rs.
06.11.2021 - 590 Rs.
05.12.2021 - 590 Rs.
