[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — stock market account - fraud

2 weeks ago, i received a call of mr. Chetan from iifl and he asked me whether i want to open a stock brokerage account with iifl. I said i already have an account with zerodha and i do not want to open an account in iifl. But he kept insisting on opening account though i kept refusing. Finally, he gave me commitment that i would be charged brokerage less than zerodha with free lifetime amc. Apart from it i would be given to research with relationship manager. I agreed on these terms and asked him to send an email regardging the committment. But he sent his id card on whatsapp along with login details of his employee account in iifl so that i could upload my documents. I came to know that my number was with other employee of iifl and he transferred to his own lead. I filled all details required by iifl portal and uploaded documents. The whole process took a lot of time. I had to repeat the process many times during 3-4 days on the request of mr. Chetan. During the whole process, i kept ensuring from him about the terms and he kept repeating that he would grant what is committed. On completion of the process, he asked me to sign agreement and courrier to iifl. I refused and told him that i wold not sign the agreement till my terms are met. But he kept saying that i should trust him and sign and send the agreement as he would get the terms done surely. I kept refusing and then he finally said the terms cannot be met and started giving lame excuses. During the whole process and afterwards, he kept asking for references and kept calling m in the night and morning for those. I kept saying first get my account opened then i will provide him reference. But he kept calling for references and sending of agreement. Finally i called iifl customer care and complained about him. Then his senior mayank called me and ensured me that the terms committed to me will be met. Then he made me to talk to mr. Chetan where he again first lied and finally apologised for his mistake. Mr. Mayank told me that he would call me but did not call. After 3-4 days, when i called mr. Mayank, he refused to grant me the terms.

This is really bad on part of iifl and this wasted a lot of time of mine.

It seems the company never intended to resolve this complaint and was again wasting my time and was pretending that it cares about complaints and its customers. This clearly tells the kind of service IIFL provides to its customers and their committment.

The above lead ID was also right as per the form generated by IIFL while signing up..

This is really very bad.

I received a call from Mr. Rahul and after wasting a lot of time of mine, the response I got was that they cannot fulfill the committment.

So it shows what IIFL is all about.

Yes..so IIFL committed some thing to me, wasted so much time of mine and finally told me that it cannot meet commitment.

This is an advice to everyone. Stay away from IIFL.Some employees again called me and then told the same thing that they cannot fulfill the commitment. They kept again asking me to open account in new terms when i kept telling them that i dont want to open account in IIFL, I only want my prior commitment to be met. These people have no respect for your time. Even after i requested them not to call me, they kept calling me. I asked them to call me only if they are ready to meet commitment.

Everyone stay away from IIFL.

I will complaint to SEBI if i receive one more call from IIFL.

Everyone - These people are just trying to show that they care by posting here again and again while in reality they are wasting my time again and again. It is intrusion of privacy and fraud to commit and not to deliver.

SEBI - Please bookmark this thread and please take action if i receive one more call from IIFL.
