Hi sir/madam, i have a home loan with 26 years and improvement loan with 5 years tenure from iifl. I wanted to change the tenure of home improvement loan from 5 to 26 years to match with home loan. I made several calls, sent mails to local office but for some reason it is still in progress from last 5 months. Even though i went to office to submit this concern, it was not executed.

Updated by saiksrini I have received the call but they have not addressed the concerns. The loan tenure concern is not taken care. Request you to change the tenure at the earliest. Thanks
