[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — top up amount not yet received

I am the account holder of housing loan (Bt from dhfl) where acno is 795618 also i had applied for top up but the top up amount not yet received by me till date. All the original documents of property has been submitted at your raipur (C. G.) offices on last week (Wednessday) but the amount not released when i am calling daily to your local branch office since monday and they assured i will get the amount today but 5 days completed and result is zero.

Why the wrong information given to me by your concerning staff...?

I am not satisfied with your service..

I want to know how much time will you take in this matter ... ?
also I have require email id of your Raipur Branch for written correspondence with the branch in place of calling
