Such a pathetic customer support by IIFL.. I used to have shares in KARVY stock broking. As soon as karvy ended its services I received a sms from IIFL stating my karvy holdings are frozen and I need to activate demat account on IIFL to regain access to my holdings. I have put lot of efforts activating my demat account in IIFL.. I got a sms from IIFL that my account is activated. I even received my IIFL user ID and password through sms. But each and everytime I try to login into my IIFL account it states TRIAL ID LOGIN HAS EXPIRED... I tried calling customer services and provided them with every documents like adhaar, e verify adhaar, pan, bank details but no one waa able to resolve my issue.
