Till now the amount not refund. I contact with kushal madhogaria, souvik indu by mail & phone again & again but no response from any site.

Yesterday, I paid the amount for my gold loan GL8266941.. Manager, took the amount and leave from office immediately.. I m also register the complaint in IIFL email assistance.. Please, take some necessary actions immediately.
