My Relationship Manager is unable to handle my DEMAT ACCOUNT. She lacks basic knowledge, regulations as laid down by SEBI. I am a senior citizen and this is mental harassment of following up for petty concerns however there is no solution. RM doesn't take calls, doesn't call back. I also require CML and DIS SLIPS. Stop checking trying patience of senior citizen and allot someone responsible who wants to actually work and provide solutions
