Dear iifl team I have not single response regarding setisfication letter. If your trust with your employer why not again setisfication letter from me??? First time make me foolish by alpa thakkar and dishonestly signature by me. I am setisfication with policy after my long struggle you had currection my right date of birth but not service from iifl because my complen solve only customer service and not concern solve till that alpa thakkar setisfication letter from me dishonestly and without trust full. If your trust with your employer why not take again setisfication letter from me because you can solve my complaint because you don't think good service from iifl other wise you help of customer. You forget i am your customer iifl dhanera branch and i know your employer service but you don't know what services from your iifl gold loan. I am literal person i know what is right and what wrong. That day 27-8-19 unbelievable first time call from alpa thakkar regarding my policy after 13 days and ask me to coming to iifl dhanera branch and first time i went iifl and told me this is policy document and i am writing a letter that this is your policy reciced by me and sign in this letter but never asked me complen related questions. This time i am very very happy to watch my policy after hard straggly. And thanks to alpa thakkar than i see one letter writing by alpa thakkar and i read my name and my address and subject that this reciced policy by alpa thakkar than i am very happy i said no need to read all pages i trust you and your service and now i busy with my busy schedule and i have taken one photo of letter in my mobile and said i am getting very late and i will read this letter in my mobile in leter than i reach at my home i want to closed my complen on consumer complaints but i think once i check my policy again mistake my policy with wrong date of birth i already said you i can not accept any fault in my policy document. Than i dout created alpa thakkar and i was calling alpa thakkar regarding my wrong date of birth but alpa mem received my call and cut my call than my dout clear and i check screen sort of letter and read carefully than i realised what is game with me and dishonestly she wrote ' this is my mistake i couldn't reciced my policy after calling and i was not complen against iifl gold laon and alpa thakkar this is my mistake i accept.' Than i realized is very very very bedly service from alpa thakkar and by mistake i signed in satisfaction letter on trust your employer. I regret now i can't trust in my future on iifl gold laon and alpa thakkar i already chek what kind of services from alpa medam. Now i can't little trust iifl gold loan and alpa thakkar. I kindly request you do not closed my complen without my satisfaction letter If your team trust your employer plz ask her to again reciced satisfaction letter from me. If your team trust your employer that i am happy with iifl service why not satisfaction letter from me again. Because one mistake never again and never trust your employer I know first time no one trust me my policy not reciced by me and not complen by me than i investigate than i knew my same name same village policy from alpa medam than again called your insurance department than belive me and taking seriously other wise??? You can concern with manger of iifl dhanera branch if i am happy with your service. Now i again request you please investigate this real fact other wise i have many options to prove this satisfaction letter received by dishonestly and foolish me. And i will ask every person this type or service from iifl gold laon dhanera Next time satisfaction letter will be write by me with my signature not your any iifl employer because i am literal person. I have to go banking ombudsman for disclose of real fact other wise you think i am foolish person.
