[Resolved]  India Infoline Limited — Customer harrasment and Threat by employee

Dear Sir/mam, > This is to bring in your knowledge that i am a customer of your gold loan scheme, Loan Account no. GL4860039, Sir i had availed a loan on gold bangles at khajanchian bajar branch, At the time of Procurment of gold loan Ms UMA was there and she has completed the paper fomalities and a loan of INR 47000/- was granted.There after due to some clerical eror from UMA there is a slag in papers and she asked me to come again to branch and close the existing gold loan and again a fresh loan is applied under loan account no. GL4860039. > After this MS UMA has kept the original copy of the gold loan saying that printer is not working and she will hand over it later. > Sir, after this the original copy of the gold loan paper was handed to Mr Madan Bishoni(collection employee) by Uma, and asked him to hand over this to me . > MR Madan Bishoni came to me and asked for 200 Rs against the original bill, which i had denied to give as this was not the right thing and i called to Uma regarding this, Ms Uma says that she will take the copy from madan and will keep with himself . > Therafter because of some family reasons and job prospective, i was not available at bikaner.and i submitted my intrest in month of feb2015, now after 2 month when i go to YADAV COMPLEX branch to release my gold, it was denied as i dont have the original reciept, because of which i called Ms Uma from the branch no. and asked for the same.she told that Mr MADAN BISHNOI(collection Officer) has willingly destroyed the original reciept to harras me not only this when i try to talk to Territory mangaer over there(MR Azish George)he threatend me that, we will say that we dont have your original copy and as there will be no CCTV footage available of that time now, your gold will be not given to you and sold out. > Sir/mam, this depict the highly irresponsible behavior and bribe asking from the employee.I have talked to customer helpline also and they had asked me to go through proper channel.Sir/mam I have got all the telephonic discussion voice recording, which clearly depicts the behaviour, > I hereby request you to take some disciplinary action against MR MADAN BISHNOI, Ms UMA & Mr jeorge(territoy managaer) for mentally harrasing me and threating me. > Looking forward for your positive response.
