IIFL employee never keep their words. they changed their policy without informing to customer and their customer service representative don't know how to speak with their customer. i asked few question when they don't have the answers related to home loan they said. " SIR I[censored] HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS THEY GO AND APPLY LOAN FROM OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS " They people always committed wrong commitments with their customers.
