We had booked Lakshadweep Samudram package using "http://www.indiaislandtourism.com/" website in March 2016 for 11 members(10 adults + 1 kid) for the trip from May 5th 2016 to May 9th 2016. Total amount we paid was 2, 76, 250 Rs. We received all the tickets and booking details over the email from Mariappan. Previous day he just called and said, the trip was canceled due to some technical problem in ship. He had confirmed this via email saying he will refund the entire amount along with train ticket cancellation fee as well one day accommodation cancelation fee. After calling him many times, he refunded only half of the amount i.e 1, 40, 000 and remaining 1, 36, 250 amount is still not refunded.(Its been two years now) He just picks up the call and tells he will refund today or tomorrow.

Then we filed a case against him. Even that is taking such a long time and no luck in getting our money back. Even though the judgement was against him, to arrest him they need a police verification. Even if he resides in that location(even picks up the call) court received the notification from their police station saying he is not residing in the address.
