NON - PAYMENT OF MONEY ORDER
I have send money order amounting to Rs. 500/-(Five hundred only) vide Rt. No. A 4624 dated 29.09.2008.through Sri Nagar Colony Post Office Delhi-110034. To Sh Debnandan Paswan Village - Husena Ghat, P.O. Rasulpur Kori Gao, Via- Bhagwan Pur, Distt.- Vaishali, State- Bihar, Pin-844114. but till date the above money order not delevered.

In this regard a letter going to Post Master Sri Nagar Colony on dated 12.12.2008 but nothing is done so far.

Therefore you are requested to work into the matter urgently.

Till I have not received my letter

Rgd.A/D no.3172/09.12.2009 booked from bommasandra-560099 to sri Ganganagar-335001 is still not reached to our relative M/S Vijay chandgothia telecom as in this we have very important documents and it will produce to concern athourity on 15/12/2009,kindly expedite delivery and cnfm action taken by you in this regards

On 15/10/2009, we handed over a Cheque (No.813513 of HDFC Bank, New-Alipore Branch) for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to New-Alipore Post Office,Kolkata-700053,(under Alipore Main Post Office), along with necessary application form for issuing 6-year NSC Certificates, jointly in the name of RATNA SENGUPTA & RANJAN SENGUPTA.

The Cheque was duly debited from our account on 23/10/2009. Unfortunately, the above referred certificates have not yet been handed over to us.

I have lodged an complaint on today ie. 8.12.09 regarding non delivery of registered post addressed to The Chairman, JEE, Indian Institute of Technology, Powai, Mumbai posted from Worli, Mumbai Post Office. Now I have confirmed with IIT, Mumbai, the post has been delivered and received at IIT, Mumbai.
Hence the complaint lodged from my side may be treated as withdrawn.

My name is Shalini Pal from Secunderabad 500003. On 25/11/2009 your post man by the name Mohd Pasha came to my flat to give me my money order, since I was running fever for more than 10 days and since I was in my bed room my father asked the post man Mohd Pasha that he shall get it signed by me as I am in my room lying with fever or else he will give my ID proof Pan Card so that the post man gets some kind of assurance. However your post man Mohd Pasha denied my fathers request and inturn started talking indecently and misbehaved by saying if your daugther wants money order she should come and take it or else he will not give it. My dad said I was inside and not well as such he will show my pan card or voters ID or Drivers license as proof of identification but this post man Mohd Pasha did not listen to my father and said he will not give the Money Order and inturn he only said that he will complain to your postal department and see that I will not get my Money Order or my future letters.
Sir this is really very frustrating. I just wanted to ask one thing and I hope you answer my question. Tell me do your post man when go to muslim localiies do they insist in going into the muslim houses and getting the letters signed by ladies who are in Burkas and do they say no to ID proof and insist only on the person comming in front of them and signing. Please let me know. Sir your post man should have minimum consideration and understand that when someone is sick and not in a position to come and sign and when my family members are ready to produce a valid Government ID proof for verification then I dont think so it wrong for my family members to take any letters, correspondence or MO on my name. Because they are showing a valid proof of ID's.
Sir the only reason I did not receive my MO is because always post man Mohd Pasha asks me money in the name of Dasara Enaam, Idh Enaam or Diwali Enaam. And once my mother asked him why do he beggs for money and my mother asked him if he is not getting his salary or what and if he is getting his salary then why does he has to keep asking money in the name of Enaam. And I honestly feel that this post man Mohd Pasha felt insulted when my mother denied giving him Idh Enaam and asked him to leave. And I feel this is one of the reasons he has developed a gruge and as a result since then we are not getting any letters and whenever I contacted sender that why I did not receive my letters they say that my letters were sent back to them since I was not at home, which is not correct and now I understand that just because I ddid not pay post man some rupees he alawys returned by letters and now I did not get my MO for Rs 1870(I am not very sure about the exact amount of MO but yes its somewhere close to Rs 1870 which I was looking for).
Sir now I feel that I have done a mistake by not giving Mohd Pasha Dasara Enaam, Diwali Enaam or Idh Enaam and suffering for my money and other important letters. Sir please let me know if you want that I should pay Enaam to Mohd Pasha . If you say yes I dont mind paying him 10 or 20 Rs, but I really dont want my important letters or MO to be returned back to the sender or misplaced just because I am not paying your post man Mohd Pasha these enaams.

Sir I am filling a consumer complaint in this regards and also about the letter which I received from Secunderabad HO- Which says it is from some Senior Post Master from Secunderabad HO-500003 stating that my father misbehaved with post man Mohd Pasha which is not correct. Honestly speaking just because my mother denied giving enaams for the festivals which this post man Mohd Pasha asks he inturn felt insulted and just to cause inconvinience he approached your senior post master in this regards and told him all fake stories that my father misbehaved and sent us a letter of complaint. Sir I am not boosting about my fathers education background but let me tell you he is a postgraduate with LLB and he is a person who has very good knowledge about legal issues. He is retired from one of the biggest financial government institustion as an officer and I dont have any problem in receiving this letter, however even before knowing what is the fact your senior post master sent this misbehaviour letter to my father stating that we misbehaved with the post man and also stated to my father that in future we will not receive any letters. Not a problem I will store this letter which I received from your senior post master of Secunderabad HO-500003 and give a complaint with consumer affairs and since I am also personally involved with legal profession I will personal take it up with my higher ups in my court and also take it to your higher official and see on what basis your senior post master sent us this letter and even before enquiring anything with us just on post man Mohd Pasha words how can he even think of sending a letter to us.

I am taking it on a serious note with my Consumer Court. Very soon I shall be meeting your higher ups and asks him that just because my mother denied giving post man Mohd Pasha 10 to 20 Rs as enaam and asked him why does he has to keeping asking money for enaam as such I am always not receiving my important letters and finally today I missed my MO.

Sir, I am a Canadian national and have sent a parcel containing Nintendo DS (small gaming device) for my kids visiting there in Hyderabad, India. The tracking number is CC[protected]CA. The online tracking system of Canada Post shows that the parcel was cleared by customs on 25 November, 2009. Its now 8 days since and the parcel did not reach its destination in Hyderabad (A.P). i send an application from MUMBAI to ALLAHABAD. but i came to know when it is about to held my exam for UPPSC, non delivery of application form to the addressed office.I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
now i m harassed because i have lost one year of my study and career ,which is unrecoverable due to postal department.

The registered post reciept number is: RL A 4225
Kindly do the needful for same.

Hallo sir,

I have an ATM-CARD of HDFC bank,which is issued by Reliance Mutual Fund.
I was applied for the PIN,which they posted in my address,on 22/10/2009.

After more then one month i am still waiting for the same. When I contacted to
the customer care cell they inform me the detail,but the parcel is still undelivered.

Please look at the matter & relief me.

I sent a registered post dated 06.11.2009. Am not able to track the status of the post as there is no option available for that in the website of india post. So i kindly request you to help me in regard to that. Registered post parcel no.(RPA 193)

In March 2009, Hyderabad-based registrars Karvy consultants sent me share certificates vide RL No. 734 dated 12/03/2009.

The postman servicing Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi 110075 (where I reside) handed over the letter to the society watchman. The society watchman's signature appears on the postman's delivery sheet.

The watchman did not give me the letter, but instead misplaced it. Since the shares are now considered lost, I have to apply for new shares at considerable expense to myself.

Why did the postman give the letter to a watchman? Registered letters, especially, must be delivered to the addressee.

I want India Post to compensate me the Rs 4000 costs incurred in obtaining the new share certificates.

On 26.10.2009 I sent Rs. 1000.00 as Money Order to Mr Birkha Biswakrma, 10th Mile Forest Village, Sovek Road, PO. Kalijhora, Dist.Darjeeling-734008, from Lodhi Road HO 1100003. The same has not been delivered till date. Shall be obliged if take appropriate action.

i have been banking with HDFC bank for almost a decade. During one of my visits to your branch i was literally hounded by your marketing executives in forcing me to get a HDFC bank credit card along with an add on card. i did succumb to the request however in the last five to six years i have made no transaction on the same.
i got a call a few days back while i was out of station that there was a pending payment of Rs 1000/. i conveyed to the executive that since i was not aware, do send me a fascimile copy of the same and i would do the needful.
on 26 Nov 09 at 1053h i received a threatening and an unprofessional call from rajesh, while i was in the midst of treating my family for swine flu.
i told him that it would not be possible to discuss at this moment, but would make sure that the payment due would be dropped in the drop in box at the earliest. he continued with the arrogant behaviour and argumentative conversation, for which i had no time at that moment. he was literally shouting on the line which eventually i had to disconnect
Anyways, i understand as a professional you have a number of methods o[censored]pdating the address along with the e mail id, in case there has been a change of address.
i have never received any intimation of this particular transaction either through e mail or otherwise.
i am making the requisite payment of Rs 1000/ on the basis of the fascimile i received from HDFC, and further request that this credit card be cancelled as i have no intention o[censored]sing it and there after getting abused by your misbehaved executives

This is on behalf of my domestic help where in he has money ordered a sum of Rs 1,000/ from Desu Colony post office Janak Puri New Delhi dated Oct 30,2009 to his home town at Bihar vide reciept number - 4320.

Its almost a month now and the tendered amount is still to be recieved at the other end of the poor family.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter and provide redressal to the aggrieved customer as the officials at Desu Colony Post office are not able to address the issue.

My husband sent important document DS 2019 for me and my son through USPS priority mail on 6th Nov 2009. At the time of post they said that it takes 6 - 10 days. But today is 26 Nov 2009, I didn't receive that mail yet. I can able to travel to US only after got that Mail.His name is Vasudevan Ayyappan. He missed the receipt. how long take time to get that mail.How can i know abt thatPlease reply

I had submitted a request in Modipuram, Meerut Post Office in the month of Fab. 2009 for issuing duplicate KVP's. Several Times I had visited the post office but all in vain. These are not issued even after a period of more than 9 mnths where as it should be resolved within 30 days as per the web site of Post Office.

I think that either the information given in the website of post office is not correct or the authorities aare intentionally delaying the matter.

I 'll be great full if this forum can resolve this issue.

I had submitted a request in prescribed format to Post Master Modipuram , Meerut for transfer of my KVP certificates from Lakhimpur Khiri & Haidergarh(Barabanki) to Modipuram, Meerut on[protected]. It should be transfered with in 20 days as per the website of Indian Post Office but even after a period of more than 4 months these are not transfered by the respective Postoffices to the reasons best known to them.

I 'll be greatful if this forum camn help me .

I had applied for my driving licence renewal on 26 Aug 2009 with RTA Secunderabad. I am a serving personnel of Indian Army, presently serving in J&K. I came on leave in Nov month and approached RTA Secunderabad to find out the whereabouts of my licence to which they told it was already despatched to your address through speed post No EN[protected]IN dated 02 Sep 09. I said it was not reached to me. Then they told me that it was not received back by them also and told me to enquire with the Post Office Thirumalgherry. I enquired with Post Office Thirumalgherry and they said to enquire to your nearest Post Office. I gone to my Post Office which is in Yousufguda and enquired about the speed post. They told me that it was recieved by them on 03 Sep 09 and they returned back to RTA Secunderabad stating the reason as incorrect address. Now it is not understood where the speed post has gone. Neither it has reached the addressee not it is with RTA Secunderabad. Why should an individual suffer for the lackness of others ? How can the address be printed or written on the speed post incorrectly as the RTA secunderabad is having all the details of the individual. Finally it is the individual who has to suffer for somebody's lackness.

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from Siliguri Head Speed Post office on the 26th of October,2009.The receipt no. is EW[protected]IN.Ufortunately the parcel hasnot yet reached its destination i.e Kolasib,Mizoram till today, 22nd of November,2009.I've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable.It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department.Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

As a nominee ( wife ) death claim documents for Rs.87000/= of the R.D.account No.7062215 which was in the name of my husband Binod kumar Agrawal had submitted on 24.09.2009 to the S.P.M. , Rupra Road (P.O.) , Dist:- Kalahandi ( Orissa ) , Pin :- 766101 . Till date no responses . The complaint was sent on 19.10.2009 to The Chief Post Master General , Orissa Circle , Bhubaneshwar ( Orissa ) . In his reply of 26.10.2009 it is stated that subject has forwarded to Berhampur regional and final disposal will be intimated shortly .
Local officials are not responding well . being a widow I am in urgent need for medical purposes .
