[Resolved]  India Post — Delay in delivery and no status update

Hi
My consignment was sent from Ajmer to Saudi Arab on 18th of February 2026. I tracked my parcel today on 25th of February and it show the date of 20th February and the parcel is in Jaipur.

This is an urgent express delivery. My consignment number is ER[protected]IN.
I have tried several times calling the helpline but after asking about the language choices it hungs up. Please help. Thanks
