The undersigned wish to inform you that i have ordered on pain free arthritis herbal patch – 40 pieces vide invoice no.2079 dated 16/12/2019 from peach now store, singapore.
They had dispatched the same by registered post parcel vide tracking no. Rb[protected]sg to the undersigned. As per the tracking no. Rb[protected]sg the parcel has been received by your office on 12/01/2019 and showing item on hold. When your office tried to deliver the parcel on 15/01/2019 it is not been delivered to the addressee and showing remark as addressee moved. When i contacted the supplier through email he had informed me and advised me on 19/01/2019 by email to collect the parcel from my local post office.
When i contact your office you are unable to locate the parcel and informed me that it has already been sent to begumpet post office. Based on your advice i contacted begumpet post office, they said it is already forwarded to gpo, abids. As per their advice i contacted gpo, abids they also unable to locate the parcel till today.
I request you to kindly locate the parcel and try to deliver to the undersigned immediately as it is already taken undue delay.
