I had received intimation via sms on 17.5.2020 from the 'vaahan' govt agency that my driving license (Dl) has been dispatched through speed post. To track number given is ed[protected]in. The government site providing information on dl application progress too states that the dl has been dispatched with the above mentioned speed post number.
