India Property — India Company makes fake promises and their reps. as well as managers are liars

I am Vikas Gotwani, I bought 2 months Gold plan from India property based on my communication with Mr Malkeet Singh. He Promised that he will personally work on my profile and will ensure that he talks to buyers and brings leads. I bought plan on 11 Jun 2015. As per communications and commitments he was supposed to work on my profile and bring leads and also get photographs clicked on my property by their professional cameraman. but since i did not find any reply in next 3-4 days, i thought to call him. When i called him on hi number provided by him some other representative picked my call and said Mr. Malkeet is on tea break and will call me back. and surprisingly it happened in next 3 times when i called them. i was surprised if them were telling true because everytime i call them they used to say that he is on tea break and as per my understanding he provided my his personal number and he was not available in that as well. Today (20/06/2015) i call 5th time and representative again told that Mr. Malkeet was not at his seat and will arrange a call back. i insisted to transfer my call to Supervisor. it took 5-10 minutes for me convince him to let me talk to senior and then i was connected to Mr Sachin who mentioned that i am Mr Malkeet's senior. but he did not have any reply to what happened to me but was insisted that he will make Malkeet call me back. I remained surprised when he mentioned that Mr. Malkeet was on exam leave from past 15 days. i got shocked then who sold me the plan. he did not have any answer but kept on insisting that Mr. Malkeet will call me back once he is back. I escalated the call and wanted to talk to manager. but they transferred my to another senior Mr Abhay i explained everything again. but it was also good for nothing. I again requested for an escalation to a manager but again they connected to me to another senior may be sitting by his side Mr Dhawan. it was the same experience again. lastly they transferred me to a manager Ms. Payal. (As she said she is a manager but i am not sure). she said she will ask Mr Malkeet to call me back. but due to all the cheating's and false commitments they made i dont want to remain associated with India Property and want a refund. India Property is proud that they dont have any refund policy but I am posting this to consumer forum to see what is the status of consumer in India. If i don't receive any reply here. i am going to post same to social sites and ensure that none of my known one gets into this trap of India Property.
