India property.com is cheating company, they are change staffs often and collect money from marketers and no give any business leads. great fraud attitudes. I am also paid Rs.1770/-. But no use. they are beggars.

I have paid 2001 rupees in Aug and i was informed by vinoth[protected]and his supervisor Raja[protected] of chennai office that he will coordinate and give me clients in 1 month. I trusted and was waiting. After payment no one is responding my phone calls. They are cheating. There was no photo taken and was uploaded as informed by them. No single communication from their end. I wanted refund immediately and i doubt whether India property does any services reg housing. Ultimate cheating company. They show biscuits like we will sell your property immediately and then get money then gone. Instead of this job they can do other...jobs.

I have paid 3 k during the month of may and i was informed by mr vignesh of chennai office that he will coordinate and give me clients. I trusted and was waiting. Despite my phone calls and follow up not even a single client was referred. There was no photo taken and was uploaded as informed by them. Now it is more than four months no single communication from their end. I was referred to team lead raja who said he will take care and till now no one responded and my 3, k is gone. I wanted refund immediately and i doubt whether india property does any services reg housing. Please contact my number [protected]. This is a fraud website. These guys are providing ad on their site saying that i am looking for property without my consent. Somehow they collected my mobile number and they are sharing this mobile number to different property brokers. Daily i am getting lot of calls from property brokers. Really fed up with this.

I had sold 3 b 706 flat for sunteck india limited for which they are not paying the brokerage. They now say that it's direct walk on. Where as o have all the proofs that it's thru me. The customer himself has sent an email to them that it is thru channel partner. I had sent a whatsapp message to the sales manager stating that i was bringing the client. I have the message as a proof. Now they are trying to send a corrupt file which is not opening. I have it with me. After everything is done now they are refusing to release payment. Can you help me to get the brokerage?

Dear sir /madam this is amarnath varthi from hyderabad. I was taken a builder package in december 2019. My co ordinator from india property is miss sowjanya. She told me take builder package and face book link along with this you will get good response. I was surprised after checking post in facebook. She didn't know how to post a add and how to describe venture advantages etc.. I didn't get any leads from india property. Please take an immediate action and give me the genuine leads please.

I have never signed up with india property. But everyday i get calls from builders with my name as mahadava. But i don't even know who it is. I repeatedly scold the builders and asking to complaint about fake leads to india propery. I personally called and complained many times. They are repeatedly saying they will add my no to blocked list. But i am getting calls without fail. I am not sure where i will have to complaint. As i have availed the service for selling my property based upon the call from the executive name called yuvarani after that no response no lead no progress when i called one girl took the call told her name muganthi because yuvarani is not well so she will follow up but unfortunately she will also no response no progress always they use to say wait for this week we have sent your request to back end team will get back to you, till that no progress no proper lead, the lead what they sent name sake for numbers count last year who looked for the property they sent their names and contact detail all are purchased the property.
This company is totally fraud company the executives those are working they will simply get money from the customers by saying false promise never pay money to the company they are treating the customers very worst, this type of people are doing business by cheating others, i have asked my money back now they never attend the call no reply these type of comany has to shut down and necessary action should take against these type of peoples.

Dear team,

I am preethi from india property.com and have resigned from my previous employer and the last working day with them was 30-nov-2017. I served two months notice period as per the contract. While serving the notice period, they held my salary for 2 months now i am supposed to receive my final settlement.

Now all the exit formalities are over and its been almost 1 year 4 months completed from the last working day, but still they are delaying the settlement. Every time when i call or mail they say payment processing is still in progress.

I got the commitment from hr management that it will be done within next 45 to 60 days, but now whenever i asked about the same come it know that it will take next 20 days more.

I am complaining hear lets see how you will gone take action

This is very bad company and their servese is very bad. Please don't trust on this company and don't waste money and time for this website. All members in this company are fake and their is not any genuine costumer for buy property. Their are better side on web like olx.com and 99 acers.com. I have wasted my money and time on this website. Till their is not response about my complent and they didn't have any knowledge about real estate so please don't trust on this site and please not pay any money on this site...

Sir, I had registered with indiaproperty.com for selling my 2 flats, vide their id: IP5482230 and IP 740632 and paid an amount of Rs.13000/-. Later, I cam to know from other websites, that this amount was very high and others just charge not more than Rs.2000.00. I am writing this letter on behalf of an illegal construction started just 3 months ago. And i with a customer interest i have given complaints to bangalore bbmp people and bwssb ect. But the builder by giving good bribe. His construction is still going on. So please my request to stop it, and by this future buyer will not face any problem.

Ms. Lavanya, a representative from indiaproperty.com (Ip.com) called me in april. She insisted to pay rs.1, 300/- by promising that my to-let premises will be occupied within a week time by any bank atm. After making payment on[protected], no response came from the rep/ip.com. Also, no service has been provided till now. Even i escalated the issue to ip.com on[protected], they also not even responded.
I've all the supportings with me like call records, messages, chats, call history. I can even support to take any serious action against both lavanya and ip.com.

Indiaproperty cheated me. Before 3 months i have purchased a gold listing package in indiaproperty site and at the time of purchase they told me that they have lot of buyers who are looking to buy property in our area. Till now i didn't get any genuine costomers. When i call them to complain they didn't take my calls... Initially (Before doing the payment) in all day they call me to buy their listing package. While after that none called me including the buyers. Now my listing period is over and i can't sell my property through this website. Totally a cheating and # experience.

I have purchased a gold listing add in your website and it doesn't get any lead as you told to me. Any of the customer service pupils didn't take any call, when i got one of them he told me that he will contact me within 10 min, now its yet to complete 1 day. Vyshak a costomer service man told me that lot peoples are in a hurry to buy property in our area. Now its about 2 months to come. I only got 4 leads and one their number is not valid. Why you aren't verifying the number of buyers? Then i just reminded them about this and they tell me that they will contact me within 2days after clearing the problem. I recently (Mid february) purchased a gold listing and your telecallers told me that after 2nd week onwards the buyers (Registered with you) will contact you. Till now none of them were contacted me, and for telling that with the telecaller (Named vyshak) doesn't take the calls and they are cutting the calls unexpectedly. And after that they didn't take any calls from me. So please do something asap.

Worst marketing team (I was attended by robin as christian):
* they will stay behind till they succeed.
* apply religious sentiments
* they make sure that client will be attended by same religious or language representative.
* they even tell you that there are clients on queue, which is 100% lie.

False promises:
* promises are made to provide genuine clients
* site property evaluation
* property information on the site (Which is incomplete even after 4 months)
* international branding etc,

Worst sales support:
* no single call, client calls are ignored and given stupid reasons
* zero leads provided.

Extremely poor service...
They can go any extent to make few rupees. No standard business practice. Stay away from this company...

I've lost my rs. 12000... For nothing...

Please depend only on 99acres and propertywala and olx services...
